Mark found the problem in 10 minutes
I am a relatively new customer with MB about 1.5 years. I tried MB because my prior company tried to repair my AC numerous times over a period of 10 years but never got it working properly. Mark came to check out my system and found the problem within 10 minutes and it’s been working fine ever since. He didn’t even charge me. This week we had a 6-hour power failure and the heat didn’t work when the power was restored. Mark offered to come on the weekend. He checked out the electrical and then found the thermostat didn’t work anymore. He said I could order one I wanted and gave me a loaner until mine arrives. I didn’t enjoy the 47° in the house and now I have heat. He seems very honest and appears to treat his employees well. I think if you are debating about making a change, you should give MB a try.
