Mark came out on Labor Day to fix my A/C system. I was also dealing with a power outage, so he couldn't come until the power was restored. Mark checked in with me as he completed other jobs, and once I let him know the power was restored, he came within half an hour. He was very professional, pleasant, and wore booties inside my house. He fixed the problem within an hour.

Both after coming out to do inspections and provide estimates. One wanted me to install a brand new system for $23,000! And they had installed the original one only 12 years ago. Thank goodness they did because that brought me to Mark! Mark responded immediately, showed up when he said he would, communicated throughout, showed up to do the work when he said he would, did the work in the time he promised, and at the rate he promised, which was even less than one of the ball-dropping companies!
